JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case no.142 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not directly related with the husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has also been argued that father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court on 29.10.2015 vide Cr.Misc.No.28292 of 2015. It has been argued that the husband of the deceased is already in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52948 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the fact that one of the accused i.e. father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail, there is no reason to deny the prayer for grant of bail. Let the petitioner, namely Ripu Singh @ Rajiv Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case no.142 of 2014.
