This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 356 and 382 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some unknown persons robbed the informant on the way. Name of the petitioners have transpired in their confessional statement.
Submission of the petitioners is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and after five months in custody they have been put on test identification parade and have been identified. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14293 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
Both the bailors shall be residents of territorial jurisdiction of the Court below, having immovable property.
