The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 466 of 2016 registered under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended two persons namely, Rohit Kumar (the petitioner) and Golu Kumar while they were standing before the ATM. From the possession of the petitioner, five ATM cards as well as Aadhar Card were recovered.

Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the co-accused Golu Kumar, five ATM cards were also recovered, but he has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 4051 of 2017 on 20.03.2017. The petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2016 and he has already remained in jail for more than

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 466 of 2016.
