The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Impugned order reveals that learned court below has permitted the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Let the Court below frame the charge within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter prayer for bail of the petitioner shall be considered by the Court below.
