The present application has been preferred: for direction upon Respondent Authorities for pay compensation and damages to the petitioner because Respondents have seized petitioner's vehicle (Truck) without seizure list and following the legal procedure and kept the vehicle at isolated place due to that petitioner is facing heavy irreparable loss and injury, mental agony.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be moving before a Competent Court for claiming damage for the vehicle which was illegally
