2. The appeal is reported to be delayed by 13 days.

3. We have considered the affidavit filed in support of

Patna High Court LPA No.478 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 the delay condonation application and we find that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay in filing the appeal. The delay is condoned and the appeal shall be treated to be within time.

4. I.A. No. 2757 of 2018 stands allowed accordingly. Re: L.P.A. No. 478 of 2018 Learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents both inform that arising out of the same issue Letters Patent Appeal Nos. 485 of 2018 and 501 of 2018 were dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 16th July, 2018. We have perused the said decisions and in view thereof this Letters Patent Appeal also stands dismissed on the same grounds.
