To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in nature of certiorari for quashing the letter No. 87 dated 20.1.23, issued from the office of Circle Officer, Charpokhari whereby and whereunder Respondent No. 6 S.H.O. (Charpokhhari P.S.) has been directed to provide police force taking into account of problem of law and order being created during the measurement process of land measuring 0.14 acre, appertaining to Khata No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2799 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 726, Khesara No. 1912/3512, situated in village- Semraon, P.S.- Charpokhari, DistrictBhojpur. (II). To direct the respondent No. 5 to initiate proceedings under section 3 (i) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 if any after receiving any information received from any sources that any person has made is responsible for encroachment of any Public Land (Anabad Sarva Sadharan) as mentioned above."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
