JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.08.2015 on the accusation that one stolen motorcycle was recovered from his conscious possession. It is admitted case of the prosecution that when petitioner was caught by the police two persons were also along with the petitioner but the aforesaid two persons managed to flee from the place of occurrence. The petitioner disclosed before the police that seized motorcycle belonged to one Jitu Sahani. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57126 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015.
