The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 01.07.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7851 of 2015. Considering the reasons assigned in the present modification application, let the time fixed for surrender in the Court below be extended by further period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the extended period of four weeks, the order dated 01.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7851 of 2015 stands revoked automatically.
