JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2018 The petitioners are privately managed unaided Teachers Training Colleges. Indisputably, they have been granted recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). They were granted temporary affiliation by the B.R.A.Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. With a grievance that their temporary affiliation is not being extended, this writ application was filed.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University stating therein that all these Colleges have been granted permanent affiliation. My attention has been drawn to Annexure-R/1 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University. It has been specifically stated that the decision to grant affiliation has been duly approved by the Academic Council and the Syndicate of the University.

3. Mr. Raju Giri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the Colleges have so far not received any communications in respect of grant of permanent affiliation.

4. The grievance of the petitioners has been

5. The Court, however, expects that necessary communications shall be sent by the University to these Colleges in respect of grant of permanent affiliation in terms of the decision as indicated in Annexure-R/1 of the counter affidavit.

6. This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
