Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Excise Amendment (Prohibition) Act, 2016.
Six litre Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner as alleged.
Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran/successor Court
