Petitioners in the present writ application has prayed for the following reliefs:

"I. For payment of all the admissible post retiral benefits etc. to the petitioners including time bound/ACP/MACP etc.

with interest forthwith."

A writ application was filed earlier by the petitioners for quashing of the order cancelling their promotion from the post of Laboratory Assistant to Demonstrator in C.W.J.C. No. 9549 of 2008 which was allowed by this Court on 24.04.2013.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15849 of 2018(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 Against the said order, the State of Bihar preferred L.P.A. No. 1387 of 2014 which was allowed on 25.05.2017 wherein the order of recovery was set aside. The petitioners have retired in the year 2010 but the post retiral benefits with time bound/ACP/MACP with interest has not been granted. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file their respective representation before the respondent no. 3, the Principal Government Women's College, Gulzarbagh, Patna enumerating the claim under each head which would be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioners would be paid within two months thereafter along with admissible and statutory interest. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated by a speaking order sent through registered post.
