The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the occurrence took place on account of scuffle between the children after which an altercation took place between the elders. It is further submitted that no apparent injury marked has been found on the person of the child, so examined. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four
