The petitioner is in custody in connection with registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Exciser Act, 2016.

The allegation against the petitioner is that eleven liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the father of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that the liquor was recovered from the house of the father of the petitioner and he has been named in the FIR. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than one month. It is also submitted that though he is involved in

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the quantity of seized liquor let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.Case No. 523 of 2016,subject to the conditions that :- (i) one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local persons having sufficient immovable properties within he jurisdiction of the concerned Court.

(ii) the petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of the trial and make himself available as and hen required by the Court and on the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
