The prayer for bail made on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 25.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10859 of 2015 (Annexure-1) on the ground that two minor boys are alleged to have been killed by the petitioner and other accused persons after kidnapping them. However, liberty was granted to renew her prayer for bail after one year from the date of framing of charge.
From the materials available on record, it appears that only two more witnesses are yet to be examined and other witnesses have already been examined. In that view of the matter, the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai is hereby directed to take up the trial of the petitioner in connection with S.T. No. 345 of 2015 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014 and make all endeavours to conclude the trial of the petitioner at an earliest possible time preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. However, if the trial of the petitioner is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56842 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 concluded within the aforesaid period of three months, then she shall be at liberty to make prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with S.T. No. 345 of 2015 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai is rejected for the present with the observations and directions made above.
