JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/337/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault as well as of firing which caused no injury to anyone. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Munger/Successor Court, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2015 with condition that both the
