The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol with three live cartridges and a mobile phone were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 8.9.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in Bikramganj Police Station Case No. 298 of 2021.
