2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 298 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 61094 of 2025 and the present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner within six months.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this application is premature as successive bail applications cannot be entertained by this Court within few months of earlier rejection.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a
