The petitioner filed this petition for modification for extension of time of depositing the amount in pursuance of the order dated 24.07.2015. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner would deposit 20 per cent of Rs. 21,12,677/- within six months.

It is submitted that the petitioner deposited Rs. 2,60,000/- on 12.01.2016 and Rs. 2,00,000/- on 04.04.2016. The petitioner has already surrendered in the court and he is on bail, but his bail bond has not been cancelled.

Since the petitioner has already deposited the entire 20 per cent of the amount of Rs. 21,12,677/-, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Aurangabad is directed not to cancel the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3641 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 bail bond of the above named petitioner in Risiup P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 and allow him remain on the same bail bond. With this observation the petition is disposed of. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
