This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report relates to kidnapping of Beauti Kumari. Co-accused, Anil Sah, is under suspicion. On recovery the victim-girl named that she was kidnapped by two or three persons. The petitioner and Sanjay Ram were identified. However, they did nothing with her.

Submission of the petitioner is that the matter is of love affairs between the victim-girl and Anil Sah. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8336 of 2017 (3) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 379 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
