2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- I. For directing the respondent authorities to make joining of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Center No.114, Ward No.5, Village- Pariauna, BlockNursarai, District- Nalanda in view of selection letter dated 28.08.2017 issued by Mahila Supervisor, Nursarai on the said post.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner ought to challenge the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15515 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 appointment before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika/guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika which she has not challenged.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika/guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika within 30 days if, cause of action still exist.
