It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the prayer portion of the bail petition, in place of "Shiekhpura (Hathiyawan) Police Station Case No. 197 of 2018 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sheikhpura", it has wrongly been typed as "Jairampur Police Station Case No. 06 of 2021 (Excise Case No. 115 of 2021) to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise, Sheikhpura" and due to that error occurred in the order dated 30.01.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16756 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 30.01.2023 is modified to the extent that in place of "Jairampur Police Station Case No. 06 of 2021 (Excise Case No. 115 of 2021) to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise, Sheikhpura", it shall be read as "Shiekhpura (Hathiyawan) Police Station Case No. 197 of 2018 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sheikhpura".
