This writ application is against the order dated 29.10.2015 passed by the Sub-Judge-III, Gaya in T.S. No. 71 of 2012/257 of 2012.

The learned counsel, Mr. K. Raza, appearing for the petitioner submitted that while marking the document filed by the respondents, the court below has wrongly mentioned as the document is admitted document. In fact, the petitioner is disputing the position mentioned in the document.

In such circumstances, therefore, this matter can only be decided by the court below at the time of hearing of the suit. Only because in the order-sheet, it is admitted, it calls no interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
