The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 366 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Arun Kumar Mandal, learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the FIR present at Annexure-1 submits that the allegation centers around the husband of the deceased who happens to be daughter of the informant. It is submitted that it is merely the relationship that the petitioners happened to be the parents of the husband of the deceased that they have been named in the FIR with no specific allegation made against them.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4968 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions advanced, let the petitioner no. (1) Chano Risideo; and petitioner no. (2) Urmila Devi in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 366 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
