Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act. Son of the informant had some rivalry with coaccused. This petitioner is alleged to have carried the deceased from his house and three other co -accused allegedly fired causing death of the son of the informant. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.11.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12307 of 2017 (4) dt.24-04-2017 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Danapur, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.495 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
