JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 326 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the sister of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that husband of the deceased is in custody. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14988 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 326 of 2016.
