Petitioner was caught on the spot while he was found involved in the occurrence of loot.

No doubt, petitioner sustained firearm injury in the alleged occurrence and according to the prosecution case itself, one police official, who happens to be body guard of a political person, opened fire on the petitioner on the date of alleged occurrence but taking note of the facts and circumstances as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case no. 87/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 404/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai District Samastipur/concerned court stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the
