The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A. No.01 of 2021 in the present application has been filed seeking substitution of the legal heirs of the petitioner, who died on 28.04.2021.

Patna High Court MJC No.2941 of 2018(3) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 submits that the name of the legal heirs are mentioned at Paragraph - 1 of the petition.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, the I.A. No. 01 of 2021 is allowed. The legal heirs of the petitioner are permitted to be substituted in the present proceedings.

Re:. M.J.C. 2941 of 2018 The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt application with liberty to resort to remedies available in law to the newly substituted petitioners.

The contempt application is permitted to be withdrawn.
