JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 14-09-2016 The petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant has renewed his prayer for bail in Atri P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and disposing of the dead body. It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58599 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 Considering the present stage of trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

Let the learned trial court conclude the trial expeditiously.
