The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the pregnant daughter of the informant within a year of marriage by causing burn injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim died due to accidental burnt injuries and she was provided medical assistance also. It is further submitted that the informant was given information about the incident. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3028 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No.182/2014, pending before the learned SDJM, Birpur, Supaul.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
