2. The present writ application has been filed directing the respondent-authorities to issue appointment letter to the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sahayika at Anganwadi Centre No. 8, Gram Panchayat Koirigama within Badhariyta Circle, District-Siwan.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has not availed her

Patna High Court CWJC No.16669 of 2018(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 remedy before the appropriate forum framed under the relevant Margdarshika for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika & Sahayika and she has directly filed the writ petition in this matter.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum under the relevant Margdarshika of Anganwadi Sevika & Sahayika within 30 days from today, if cause of action survives.
