From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that it was co-accused, Shambhu Choudhary who cut the neck of the informant's father and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he caught hold the injured at the time of alleged occurrence. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 14.09.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
