This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 30.11.2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Divorce Case No. 53 of 2018 whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.5,000/- per month as maintenance pendente lite as well as Rs.18,000/- as litigation cost to the opposite party.
