The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case no. 823 of 2017, registered under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 26.11.2017 at 9.30 P.M. Vikash Pandey (Petitioner No.1) entered in the house of informant and started scuffle with her with intention to commit rape in which she become semi necked. On raising alarm by the informant her daughter came there then petitioner No.1 moved from there after opening the door. Thereafter, informant

No.9625 of 2019(3) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 along with some villagers went at the house of petitioners to made complain to his father Yogendra Pandey (petitioner No.2) then he abused and laid her on the ground by catching her hair. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to dirty village politics, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that a compromise petition has also been filed by the informant in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada on 29.10.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 823 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
