JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 07.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was earlier granted provisional anticipatory bail which was to be confirmed by learned court below on substantial restoration of conjugal life but the issue could not be reconciled. Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Udakishanganj (Madhepura) in connection with Complaint Case
