The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forest Case No. 99 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 33, 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been named in this case on the basis of confession of coaccused, who was apprehended on the spot. It is further submitted that petitioner is neither the owner of the tractor nor he has got any concern with the stones loaded in the tractor. Nothing has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13323 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Forest Case No. 99 of 2017, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
