2. In view of the show cause filed by the Patna

Patna High Court MJC No. 276 of 2022(5) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 University, it is not disputed that the order passed by the Court in CWJC No. 19801 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019 has been complied with.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has not been complied in its true spirit as no fair enquiry has been held. Thus, liberty was sought to assail the said enquiry report.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law if aggrieved by the said enquiry report of the Patna University. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) ashutosh/- U
