JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 23-06-2022 Heard Mr. N.K. Agrawal, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Alok Ranjan, the learned counsel for the State.

After some arguments, Mr. N.K. Agrawal, the learned Senior Advocate seeks permission to withdraw this

Patna High Court CWJC No.3190 of 2022(3) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of cancellation of his license. Permission is granted.

Should such an appeal be filed within a period of 30 days, the appellate authority shall take into account all the grounds raised by the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

Needless to state that reasonable opportunity shall be provided to the petitioner to explain his cause. Such final order shall be passed within a period of 60 days from the date of preferring of memo of Appeal by the petitioner along with a copy of this order. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
