From perusal of the impugned order, I find that name of this petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mustkim and except the aforesaid statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, co-accused Md. Mustkim has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Patna in Sessions trial no. 118/2015 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case no. 313/2014.
