JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For quashing of Memo No. 1135 dated 03.09.2016 by which the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Hilsa, Nalanda directed to the circle officer, Hilsa and officer in charge, police station Hilsa to remove the encroachment from Khesra No. 2496, Area 10.50 Decimals under order passed in Execution case No. 01 of 2016-17 in pursuance to the order dated 23.06.2016 passed in B.L.T. case No. 365 of 2016.

2494 and Khesra No. 2495, Area 20 Decimals from demolishing the house of petitioners without any order of demolition without providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
