The petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 876 of 2019, registered under Sections 273 and 274 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 18(C), 18(a) (VI),18(a) and 18(b) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act. The accusation is of recovery of 90 bottles each containing 100 ml DIALEX-DC (cough syrup) from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.09.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10009 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I-Cum-Special Judge, POSCO, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 876 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
