2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 02.12.2023, seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 270 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 98,19,485/- from the branch of Axis Bank.

4. A part of the looted amount i.e., Rs. 20,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner who has given self inculpatory statement.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
