This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 188, 290, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A), 30(7) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of three persons including the petitioner. The total quantity was about just more than a liter.
