2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others is accused of committing loot on the highway.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. During the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10824 of 2026(4) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 investigation, sufficient materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in committing loot on the highway, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
