Petitioner has earlier moved before this Court and this Court, vide order dated 09.01.2017 passed in Cr Misc No 50151 of 2016, has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that still the trial has not progressed.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected on merit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible.
