Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Suresh Kumar A.C. to G.P.1 for the State and Mr. Prasoon Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Renewal Energy Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as the 'BREDA'). Although this writ petition was filed questioning the continued suspension of the petitioner since after passing of the order dated 18.03.2013 at Annexure-12 to I.A.No.8258 of 2017 followed by the order dated 27.10.2016 at Annexure-10 but when this matter is taken up Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned State counsel informs that the disciplinary proceedings itself has been concluded and the Enquiry

Patna High Court CWJC No.242 of 2017 dt.15-12-2017 2/2 Officer Cum Director, District Rural Development Agency has submitted the enquiry report to the Director, 'BREDA' for passing appropriate orders thereon. A copy of the letter bearing Memo No.273 dated 9.12.2017 of the Enquiry Officer cum Director, District Rural Development Agency addressed to Director, 'BREDA' has been produced by Mr. Kumar.

In the circumstances that the enquiry report has been submitted, the Director, 'BREDA' who happens to be the disciplinary authority is directed to take the disciplinary proceedings to its logical conclusion in accordance with law after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and dispose of the matter within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
