JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of Bank robbery and petitioner is not named in the FIR and it appears that he has been arrested in connection with other case and he has been remanded in this case and on the confessional statement Rs.1100/- has been recovered from him and he is accused in two other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 22.10.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted and in spite of that he has not been put on T.I. parade.

No.8388 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019 on the condition that he has to appear before Police Station of his local area for a period of six months, so that police may watch his activities and if further involvement of the petitioner is transpired in any other case, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran for needful. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U T
