1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. That the instant writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus directing/commanding the respondent authority to grant promotion and benefits of 'Assured Career Progression (herein called A.C.P. Scheme) and Modified Assured Career Progression (herein called M.A.C.P. Scheme) to the husband of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.1996.

B. For commanding and directing the Respondents to provide entire arrears of salary with statutory interest upon the aforesaid monetary benefits, to the husband of the petitioner from the date of its realization. C. For holding that despite being entitled to the

D. For imposing cost upon the Respondents for willfully subjecting the petitioner to harassment and agony at this stage, in accordance with law."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
