1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to the petitioner no.1, namely, Sagar Sah @ Sagar Kumar.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the present case with general, omnibus and ornamental allegation. It is also submitted that the allegation against the petitioner no.2,3 and 4 is general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner no.5, who alleged to have snatched Rs.2000/- from the informant, which is ornamental. It is next submitted that the allegation of assaulting the informant by knife is against Sagar, who has already withdrawn his anticipatory bail application.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the
