This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354B, 498A, 120B, 504, 379 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband of the informant. Some panchayati was going on for dispute between the parties and during that course some other accused persons allegedly committed assault and attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Considering the background and nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18389 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 No. 98 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge, VII, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court.
